WHO IS A FORERUNNER?

definition: a person who goes or is sent in advance, something that precedes, indicates the approach of something or someone. Forerunner is the young adults ministry of Awesome Church.

Designed for those aged eighten to thirty-five, this ministry aims to unite like-minded people to be effective for God's Kingdom. The Forerunner vision is simple, to be an agent of change and most importantly fulfilling the command of Jesus Christ to "go into all the world and make disciples"

What is Forerunner all about?

God has placed a passion and a vision in our heart to empower young adults to reach out to their social groups, family, workplace and greater community with the Gospel that transforms lives, that of Jesus Christ.  Our desire is to see young adults positioned and equipped to have maximum effect for God’s Kingdom.  We are committed to creating a solid fellowship network built on Godly principles. There are many blessings that strong and faith-filled friendships can bring to a persons life.

Forerunner - Pastors

Sebastian and Carla are the Young Adults Pastors at Awesome Church. They are happily married and have a beautiful daughter - Aurora Eden. They completed Bible College together and served as Youth Pastors, at Awesome Church prior to establishing the Young Adults Ministry.

Sebastian and Carla love being committed to the Lord and His people through serving in His house. They consider being planted, accountable and teachable a vital key to living a successful faith. They desire to be effective for God's kingdom by living and practicing the principles found in His word and hope to encourage those around them to reap God's abundant blessings by doing the same.
